What we sell
AI workstations, GPU servers, GPUs and components, storage, networking and related software and services. Product pages show the main characteristics; a written quote lists the exact configuration we will supply.
Price, VAT and quotes
Prices are shown ex VAT and inc VAT as labelled. VAT is charged at the UK rate (20%) unless an exemption applies and you give us the evidence. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Prices online and from the AI Sales Engineer are estimates. A written quote is binding on us until its expiry date. We confirm stock and the final price before taking payment for anything built to order.
Paying
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure page; we never see your card number. Bank transfer is available for quotes. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
Delivery and lead times
Stock items usually dispatch within 1–3 working days. Built-to-order systems take the lead time shown on the quote. We tell you about delays; if one goes more than 30 days past the estimate you may cancel that item for a full refund.
Cancelling
Consumers: 14 days from delivery to cancel online and phone orders, except goods made to your specification or personalised, and unsealed software. Business customers: unopened stock items may be returned within 30 days (60 for Trade members); built-to-order systems cannot be returned unless faulty.
Warranty and support
Systems we build carry the warranty on the quote (three years return-to-base as standard). Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply. Technical support is by phone, chat and email; Trade members get unlimited engineer time.
The AI Sales Engineer
An automated assistant that helps you choose hardware. It can be wrong, its prices are estimates, and it cannot make a contract. A person reviews every quote before it is binding.
Your information
How we use your details, and your rights, are in How Workstation uses your information (/legal/privacy). We record the statements you confirm, with the date, version and device details.

Email legal@workstation.co.uk or call +44 7515 356 146. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14. If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you may use your local trading standards or the courts.
